This measures the satisfaction with training, career development, and follow-up support for engineers. It is a significant factor in the engagement of technical staff and serves as an important indicator.

OPI 4Length of Service Extension Rate
The annual turnover rate of technical staff is calculated based on years of service, multiplied by the number of employees at each fiscal year-end. The expected length of service is measured annually, to improve this expectation from the baseline year onward.

OPI 5Number of Step-Ups
This is an indicator for visualizing the increase in Open Uppers. Aimed at increasing the achievements of technical staff, it measures the number of achievements based on internal certification criteria (step-up) related to the acquisition of technical skills and knowledge.
OPI 6Salary Growth Rate
This indicates the average multiple of the total compensation for technical staff in their third, fifth, and seventh years of service compared to the total compensation in their first year.
