When was the Company established?
It was established in August 1997 under the name, Kyousei Sangyou Inc. At the time, our primary focus was employing people with disabilities in the local community.
When did you launch your current staffing services business?
Our staffing services business started in December 2004 when we took over the manufacturing contracting and dispatch operations, as well as certain assets, of San-Ei Trading Co., Ltd. In October 2008, we merged with the engineer staffing services company Trust Tech Inc. and have since been primarily engaged in the dispatch and contracting of engineers.

To receive a dividend, is there a deadline by which time I must become a shareholder?
In the case of year-end dividends, you must be a registered shareholder as of June 30 to receive the dividend. To be registered as of June 30, the stock-purchase contract must be executed at least three business days prior to the last business day in June.
